REFUND POLICY
We appreciate every purchase and value each of our customers, standing 100% behind everything we sell.
If there is damage from shipping, or there is anything wrong with your product, please take some photos and message them to us within 5 days after delivery.
We’ll get things sorted for you as quickly as possible. Rest assured that we stand behind everything we sell and these things are important to us, so we will make it right for you.
Policies regarding our made-on-demand products
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Because all of our products are custom-made just for our customers, we are not able to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
Made On Demand means that when you place an order, we pay our manufacturers to custom print and handcraft your items just for you.
Once we have paid our manufacturers to make your order, they will not accept cancellations and therefore neither can we. We try to get orders in quickly to minimize wait times for customers, so if you make a mistake with your order, you need to contact us within 3 hours of ordering to ensure we can cancel your order before we have paid our manufacturers.

Additional important information regarding ALL personalized products
You will get an e-mail in 1-3 business days (or in just a few hours) with a digital mock-up of your designed item for approval (2 revisions are available at no additional cost to you).
Please be sure to check your e-mails in this time period! We do not work during weekends and holidays.
After you approved the design, the item will be custom-made for you in about 5-12 days.
If we do not receive an answer with the approval in 12 hours, we will proceed with our design choices to minimize fulfillment time.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We pride ourselves on offering great quality products and are confident that you will love your items. However, we are realistic and we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at aestheticreflections9@gmail.com with a photo of the damage or issue so that we can resolve the situation for you.
Once we have confirmed that the product is damaged or defective, you will be offered a choice of a refund or a replacement sent to you at no extra cost.
Items that are damaged by the customer, for example by not adhering to care instructions, will not be accepted for returns. Care instructions can be found in each product description.
Incorrect Sizing / Design Sent
In the unlikely event that a mistake is made and you are sent an item that is not the size or design that you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you at no cost to you.
Shipping Delays
Due to Covid having a massive impact on international air freight and delivery services, we cannot guarantee shipping timeframes for your order. Please understand that shipping delays are outside of our control. We cannot do anything to speed up deliveries, nor do we have access to updates beyond what you already have access to with your tracking information.
No refunds will be given for items that have not yet been received due to longer-than-expected shipping times.

All products are shipped safely via tracked shipping.
Tracking: When your order leaves us, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have any trouble finding your tracking number get in touch with us! We are always ready to help - and we try to keep an eye on each order individually.
Our home decor items are shipped from a network of reliable suppliers and shipping carriers across the US.
Most of our fashion items (ie: shoes, bags) are sourced globally.
Items ship as soon as they are printed.
Some individual products shipping times and fulfillment locations vary.
In most cases the shipping times are as follows:
USA: shipping up to 3-15 business days (Puerto Rico and Hawaii up to 7-35 business days)
Canada: shipping up to 10-30 business days
International: shipping up to 10-30 business days
These delivery times are aims and we are not responsible for unprecedented delays.
Shipping time can be longer during special seasons (ie: Black Friday or Christmas).
Depending on the address, shipping times can be longer than this!
The delivery time is only available on workdays.
Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
You are eligible for a refund if your order did not arrive 60 days after shipping.
Chinese New Year
Some of our manufacturing centers are located in China, where the government mandates customs are closed for holidays, which will result in shipping delays.
Orders submitted during this time will not qualify for refunds due to delayed shipping times. For optimal delivery, we are using Premium/Expedited shipping to ensure your packages are delivered as quickly as possible once shipped.
While we will resume normal shipping time after the holiday, there will be shipping delays several weeks following the holiday as carriers work to process a backlog of packages at China customs.
YOUR ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct, and to collect your order when the package arrives to you.
Incorrect address: It is your responsibility to collect your order from the post office should you need to, and to ensure your address is correct.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be replaced or refunded.
DHL Express/Fedex need your phone number, please provide it for us during checkout.
Delivery of the packages takes place on working days between 8-17 o’clock. In case you are not at home in the aforesaid period, then it is more practical (if you have the opportunity) to give the address of your workplace. The courier service attempts delivery two times.
A delivery fee of failed delivery due to the fault of the Customer shall be borne by the Customer!
Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments can be subject to additional customs/import duties.
These are not included in the item’s price and shipping price and need to be paid in order to receive your package - this means you may have to pay for local duty, VAT, and administration fees upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.
Duties go directly to your country of import. We do not collect any payment other than the price of our products and shipping costs.
If a parcel is returned because import fees were not paid then your order is ineligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Missing package marked as “Delivered”:
If your package is listed as delivered but missing, please follow these steps:
Check the address you entered upon checkout - it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the correct shipping address for every order;
Check your side door and your yard, ask your neighbor;
Call your local post office to see if they still hold the package. If not, they are able to provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of the delivery;
File a missing package claim with USPS/DHL
File a missing package with the local police station
We are not responsible for the missing packages. If they are marked as “delivered”, they cannot be refunded or replaced unless the buyer provides both the police report and the USPS report for the missing package.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
I take responsibility for the package until tracking shows "delivered" or "notice left." If your order tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please file a claim with the carrier.
If there is any chance your package might be stolen please contact the police office.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
During the pandemic, shipping times are longer than usual.
This is why we try to upgrade orders to express shipping when it is possible. Express shipping requires the customer’s phone number.
Items shipped from China are eligible for a refund only if the item hasn't been received within 60 days after the ship date.
Manufacturers we partnered with do not accept returns if the product is not faulty, so if the carrier can’t contact you and the items are “returned to sender”, the package will be destroyed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or new items in this case.
I advise you to provide a valid phone number.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
You'll receive a one time email when this product arrives in stock. We will not share your address with anybody else.
