REFUND POLICY

We appreciate every purchase and value each of our customers, standing 100% behind everything we sell.

If there is damage from shipping, or there is anything wrong with your product, please take some photos and message them to us within 5 days after delivery.

We’ll get things sorted for you as quickly as possible. Rest assured that we stand behind everything we sell and these things are important to us, so we will make it right for you.

Policies regarding our made-on-demand products

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Because all of our products are custom-made just for our customers, we are not able to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Made On Demand means that when you place an order, we pay our manufacturers to custom print and handcraft your items just for you.

Once we have paid our manufacturers to make your order, they will not accept cancellations and therefore neither can we. We try to get orders in quickly to minimize wait times for customers, so if you make a mistake with your order, you need to contact us within 3 hours of ordering to ensure we can cancel your order before we have paid our manufacturers.

Additional important information regarding ALL personalized products

You will get an e-mail in 1-3 business days (or in just a few hours) with a digital mock-up of your designed item for approval (2 revisions are available at no additional cost to you).

Please be sure to check your e-mails in this time period! We do not work during weekends and holidays.

After you approved the design, the item will be custom-made for you in about 5-12 days.

If we do not receive an answer with the approval in 12 hours, we will proceed with our design choices to minimize fulfillment time.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We pride ourselves on offering great quality products and are confident that you will love your items. However, we are realistic and we understand that sometimes mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at aestheticreflections9@gmail.com with a photo of the damage or issue so that we can resolve the situation for you.

Once we have confirmed that the product is damaged or defective, you will be offered a choice of a refund or a replacement sent to you at no extra cost.

Items that are damaged by the customer, for example by not adhering to care instructions, will not be accepted for returns. Care instructions can be found in each product description.

Incorrect Sizing / Design Sent

In the unlikely event that a mistake is made and you are sent an item that is not the size or design that you ordered, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to arrange an exchange for you at no cost to you.

To ensure the fastest delivery and a minimized carbon footprint, Verdant Vibe Studio partners with premium, specialized printing houses located directly within the United States, the United Kingdom, and Europe. The moment you place an order, it is automatically routed to our elite printing facility closest to your doorstep. There, it is crafted with artisan care and shipped directly to you with full local tracking.

Please note: For logistical reasons, if you purchase multiple different items (such as a notebook and a canvas print), they may occasionally arrive in separate packages as they are routed from specialized local facilities.

Because we respect our planet and do not engage in wasteful mass manufacturing, every single piece is printed on-demand specifically for you.

Production Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our artisans to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

Standard Shipping Estimates:

United States: 3 – 15 business days (Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii may take up to 7–35 business days).

Canada: 10 – 30 business days.

International (Europe/UK/Global): 10 – 30 business days.

Note: These delivery times are targets. While items ship the moment they are printed, shipping times can be longer during peak global holiday seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or major international holidays) or during exclusive store sales. Delivery takes place on working days (Monday to Friday).

📦 Tracking Your Order
The moment your package leaves our printing facility, you will receive an automated email containing your local tracking information.

We try to upgrade orders to Express Shipping whenever possible to give you the fastest experience. Express carriers (like DHL Express and FedEx) require a recipient phone number for delivery updates. We highly advise providing a valid phone number during checkout to ensure smooth courier contact.

If you have any trouble locating your tracking number, simply get in touch with us! We keep an eye on our orders individually and are always ready to help.

✍️ Customer Responsibility & Delivery Accuracy
Because every item is custom-printed on your behalf, our manufacturing partners do not accept returns unless a product is physically faulty. Therefore, it is the buyer's strict responsibility to ensure all checkout information is accurate.

Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the buyer. These orders cannot be replaced or refunded.

Missed Deliveries: Couriers typically attempt delivery two times between the hours of 8:00 and 17:00. If you are away from home during these hours, we recommend using your workplace address. If a carrier cannot contact you and the item is "Returned to Sender," the custom package will be destroyed by the facility. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages abandoned by the courier.

Import Duties & Taxes: International shipments crossing customs borders may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or administration fees depending on your country's authority. These are not collected by us, are not included in the item price, and must be paid by the recipient to clear customs. If a parcel is abandoned or returned due to unpaid local customs fees, it is ineligible for a refund.

🛑 Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
We take full responsibility for your package up until tracking information officially shows the item as "Delivered" or "Notice Left" by the carrier.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please take the following steps immediately:

Verify the exact shipping address listed on your checkout invoice.

Check all side doors, porches, yards, and check with your immediate neighbors.

Contact your local post office branch directly. They can check their internal system to provide the exact GPS coordinates and time of the physical delivery.

File a missing package claim directly with the carrier (USPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.).

We cannot replace or refund packages that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier unless the buyer provides official documentation, including both a filed carrier report and a local police report for mail theft.
